Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Imago Dei subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account page — no email or phone call needed. When you cancel:

  • your subscription stops renewing, so you won't be charged again;
  • you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for; and
  • after that date, your access returns to the free Gospel studies.

Refunds

  • Changed your mind early: if you cancel within 14 days of a charge and haven't made significant use of the subscription in that period, email us and we'll refund that charge in full.
  • Billing errors or accidental charges: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we'll put it right with a full refund.
  • Part-used periods: outside the situations above, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable — but because you keep access until the period ends, you still get what you paid for.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made through Paystack to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days, though the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
